Counting Down...Christmas Menu

I love Christmas - our home is decked out in lights at the front and the back. Our 6' tall Christmas tree with all his baubles has been up for a week and it is taking centrestage in our lounge room. Some of our neighbours have also emersed themselves in the Christmas mood and two families in particular have invited the entire estate to a Christmas Party by the park on the 16th! Talk about giving and sharing!

Now that the atmosphere is established, next comes the Christmas Menu. This is what we are having:
Christmas Breakfast
Home-made Egg Nog
Double Chocolate Christmas Pudding with
Brandy Custard
Christmas Lunch
Tropical Christmas Ham
Roast Lamb seared in Garlic and Rosemary
Barbecue Prawns wrapped in prosciutto
Roast Crispy Potatoes
Roast Sweet Potatoes glazed in Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Roast Baby Carrots with Parsley
Spanish Onions in Balsamic Vinegar Jus
Coleslaw in Honey Mustard Dressing
Crisp Summer Greens with Grapefruit
Home-Made Layered Ice-cream cake with Baileys, Rum & Raisin
