what a year it has been...

Finally...the day has arrived! No more work after today.

2005 has been a very short year but also a long one in many respects. A year of many ups and downs, conflicting decision-making processes and a huge leap of faith that everything happens for a reason.

I am of the opinion that we are never "stuck". In fact, there are always opportunities to be explored once we give permission to look beyond the paradigm. This is the most challenging of all - looking beyond the paradigm and being out of our comfort zone.

If a positive outcome is not derived from the usual methods of application, then we have to seek creativity and the risk of doing something totally different and one that we have never explored. Make the choice of difference and allow that to unfold, you will be surprise what the doors of opportunity returns in your favour.

Today is shape by the decisions we make and tomorrow is a brand new day of exploration and opportunity. Do not let the little things get you down, instead count your little blessings every single day.

We are our worse critics - standing next to a yard stick is a dangerous thing for we are all different so don't go in pursuit of comparing apples with oranges, that is trivia and meaningless. Instead go in pursuit of living today as if it were your last for we only have one life and for some, only today to make things happen.

We are all here for a reason.

Look behind you - that is 2005. Wave and kiss it goodbye.
Look ahead of you - that is 2006. Wave and open your arms.
